Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rekindle. The game contains explicit sexual content intended only for consenting adults. By using the site, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that any other person using the game with you also does.

If you live somewhere with a higher legal age of majority, that higher age applies.

Rekindle is a couples game delivered as a web application. The game presents intimacy-related prompts that you and a partner choose whether to act on. We do not record what you do, who you do it with, or what cards you draw. Free levels run entirely in your browser. Paid levels are gated by purchase but the content of your play is never sent to us.

Rekindle is designed to be played by partners who have given each other ongoing, enthusiastic consent. The game's comfort and safeword features exist to support that — they are not a substitute for it. You are responsible for your own choices and the choices of those you play with.

Anyone playing should be able to stop the game at any time. The safeword you set in the app should be honored without question.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We offer two products:

• Tonight Pass ($4.99): 48 hours of access to paid levels, starting from the time of purchase.
• Lifetime ($19.99): Permanent access to paid levels and future updates.

Because the game is digital and access is granted immediately, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. If you have a billing issue or believe a payment was made in error, contact us at hello@rekindlegame.com and we will look into it in good faith.

You agree not to use Rekindle to:

• Play with anyone under 18.
• Coerce, pressure, or harass a partner using the prompts.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish the prompts or any part of the application.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass the paywall.

Rekindle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the game will work continuously, that prompts are appropriate for every situation, or that play will improve your relationship. Use it at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rekindle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will note the new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
